Every neighborhood nearby in any direction from mine has above ground utilities and got ATT fiber ~4 years ago. With me they buried the lines in front of my house on Jan 25th and I wasn't able to get fiber until May 18th. I have also heard stories of people having it buried and getting service a month or so later.
